Built in 1980 for Pentes Design, Inc. this 4,500 sq ft. office building was designed by Charlotte Architect Murray Whisnant. It hosts 21' ceilings at their peak. When it was built, then co-owner, Jack Pentes noted, "this feeling of space overhead allows your mind to expand."

The unique "L" shape is all ground level with lofts on both ends.

The interior is configured with a main entrance, conference room, 2 small work rooms, a larger room connected to what was a dark room, a patio connected to a small work room and a large work space on each end.
